What a great first season for Pumpkins & Spice! As Thanksgiving is upon us and we’ll soon be shifting to the Winter season, I want to personally thank everyone who followed my blog this season.
When I think about all that I am thankful for this year my family and friends are always at the top of my list, particularly the three little pumpkins who call me “Aunt Erin”. Making my pumpkin raisin spice cookies with my 3 year-old nephew Jack was a hi-lite of this year’s fall season for me, and what I hope to be the start of a new tradition with my niece and nephews in the future. Not to sound cliche (ok, maybe a little cliche), but as I get older, I really am thankful for how much more I am recognizing the importance in appreciating the little things in life, and realizing how they really are the big things.
I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday season!

Erin,
Thank you so much for launching this site. It has been such a treat to see and enjoy all of your posts. Jack and Brenna loved your pumpkin raisin cookies and would love to start that tradition and many more! Happy thanksgiving. I’m so thankful for you!
